Customer Review: Amazing travel mug

I put boiling water in it before I leave for work, and several hours later it's just as hot and I actually have to let it cool off a bit after making tea. The outside of the mug remains at room temperature the whole time, unlike other travel mugs I've used. The tea strainer works well and doesn't let tea leaves escape into the mug. It's nice that the lid converts into a holder for the tea strainer while you're drinking. Everything is easy to clean and the gaskets are easily removable in case anything gets stuck under them. I also really like that there is a gasket in the design sleeve section of the mug so your designs don't get wet. The only thing that took some getting used to is that the lip of the mug is very thin. It's not actually sharp, but it almost feels that way at first if you're used to drinking out of regular mugs or travel mugs with a hole/spout at the top.
