Customer Review: A Truly Wonderful Piece Of Kitchen Gear!

This Zojirushi rice cooker is a truly quality piece of kitchen equipment and a wonderful breath of fresh air in contrast to all the Chinese-manufactured junk that's flooding the markets everywhere nowadays. Upon opening the box and unpacking this beautiful item I was transported back to the '70's and '80's when so many high quality Japanese-made items were standard fare and reasonably priced. Unfortunately now, to get this quality it costs the big bucks, but in a piece of equipment like this that can last a lifetime it's worth it.
It just does everything it's supposed to and turns out perfect rice every time as long as you set it for what's in it and measure the rice and water correctly. The inductive heating system is a perfect application here. It's a shame all appliances aren't made with this care and quality but as long as Americans demand low prices in favor of top quality, we'll be filling our landfills fuller and fuller courtesy of China!
