Customer Review: Great other than one inconvenience

This rice maker just works -- you will want to add a bit more water than it says, and I haven't tried a lot of hard/brown rice -- but it cooks quickly with only minimal sticking. It's a bit more expensive than similar other brands, but you tend to pay for Zojirushi quality. The only problem is that, although it has an automatic warming mode (works great!), to turn it off completely you have to unplug it.
