Works as advertised. Just follow the directions. Simple and easy to use.
I live at 8,000 feet, where it's very hard to cook rice properly. I just use about a cup more water than specified. I get perfect rice every time. Best part is that I don't have to stand over the pot and watch it. Just turn it on and 45 minutes later it's done!
